My coaching style is Spiritual, with a specialty in narcissism emotional trauma. Spiritual because, I know that our emotional DNA doesn’t have to be our destiny, and that we all have a Blueprint. Our Blueprint spells out who and what we are, it defines how we think, feel and believe. Our Mindset is the key component to experiencing a more fulfilling and satisfied life. We all have the ability and potential we need to direct our focus on what we want to achieve. I subscribe to The Law of Attraction, The Four Agreements, Positivity vs. Negativity, being Present, Mindful and Grateful. It’s the foundation which allows one to discover and achieve amazing changes and results. You will unlock your capacity to be your best self in all aspects of life.
I have always felt a connection with being a healer. In 1992 I became a Massage Therapist and still maintain a part-time practice. I also work full-time in healthcare. I have received an education and professional training as a Mindset Coach, as well as knowledgeable information and understanding from life experiences, along with trusted and valued tools, techniques, and resources, in which to help you create the life you dare to imagine.
My intention is to help you re-imagine your life and let go of those limiting beliefs, behaviors and patterns that are undermining you and holding you back. My practices and guidance will help you uncover your desires and goals. I will help you gain more clarity around your intentions and purpose, also identify and recognize what you want, how to achieve it, and attain your objectives. You become your best self when you work on things people can't take away from you: mindset, character, integrity, authenticity, discipline, and kindness.
By uncovering what you believe are your obstacles and/or challenges and addressing what you believe may be holding you back. We then are able to create and choose plans of action and steps towards the life you desire, dream of and deserve. My skills are about knowing and asking powerful questions and having the right tools and techniques to encourage and support you in revealing these answers within yourself.
